A few words about us
Each of us has a different professional profile and specific, rich experience. Each of us specializes
in a different area. And everyone is a reliable advisor in their field. Everyone can work alone
and deliver value to both individual and business customers.
And when necessary, especially on larger or more complex projects for business clients
- We work together. Because together we have over 100 years of professional experience.
And we complement each other.
And most importantly, we know the quality of our work, we know that we can rely on each other, and we trust each other.
We value this diversity and respect different views. As a rule, it is during the joint brainstorming
that the best solutions for business clients are created.
But also, only one designated person is always the project leader and is responsible for the relationship with the business client. And each of us can act as both a leader
and a member of the team.
We got to know the ins and outs of international and multicultural corporations.
We learned a lot of good things there. We gave a lot of ourselves. Thanks to many years of international experience, we also work freely in English.
Now we get to know the world of Polish and international start-ups and medium-sized companies. We also have real experience in supporting family businesses that are governed by special laws.
We can flexibly select the best tools to meet the client's needs. We do not use one set pattern of conduct, although we always use the best practices known to us in a given area.
We believe that this is the strength of a boutique consulting company.
We are also united by the belief that the learning process is endless. So we don't like the word "expert". Because taking the position of an expert usually means the end of development and the end of the learning process. In addition, the word "expert" (and unfortunately also the word "coach") has recently undergone a huge devaluation, mainly due to its abuse on social media.
We always listen first. And we listen to understand, not to respond. We only begin to speak
when we believe we have something of value to say. And when we do not know something
- We openly admit it.
Perhaps this is because most of us are certified coaches and mentors
with a regular practice of individual support for business leaders 😊
