Empowerment Coaching Kraków is a company founded in 2020 by Ryszard Skarbek . We specialize in management coaching and business coaching for B2B companies and individuals.
We help leaders build effective leadership, mental resilience, and team engagement.
We also offer B2B business mentoring, psychometric tests, competency assessment, and specialized tools for diagnosing personality traits and skills (e.g., Big Five, DISC, Feedback 360, Leader in a VUCA World, ILM72, MTQ48).
At Empowerment Coaching Kraków, we treat coaching and mentoring not as an end in itself, but as one method of supporting individual, leader, and organizational development. The philosophical foundations of this approach are described in our Manifesto.

What makes us different?
We don't like "standing out." Because standing out means comparing ourselves to others, and that's something we don't want (and no longer need) to do. This perhaps powerful statement is grounded in our core beliefs: we believe every person is a unique, exceptional individual with something special to offer the world.

Each of us has real-world experience working in middle and senior management positions in international corporations. Depending on the coach, our personal experience exceeds 20 or 30 years, respectively.

Everyone is a certified coach or mentor, accredited by ICF or EMCC.

We work in accordance with the ethical and professional standards set by these organizations. Each of our specialists is subject to supervision.

We are a strategic partner of the Krakow School of Business (KSB) at the University of Economics, where we provide coaching support to participants of the Executive MBA studies.

Our most experienced coaches have completed 1,000 or 3,000 sessions, respectively.

We have real experience in conducting not only individual sessions, but also team coaching.

We have implemented both coaching and mentoring programs in companies of all sizes.

We work in four languages: Polish, English, French, and Russian.

Currently, our team consists of 3 certified coaches/mentors, 1 certified project manager, and 1 "master mentor".

Our specialists regularly participate pro bono in various development initiatives, such as the mentoring programs of the Women Leaders in Business Foundation, the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Youth Business Poland Foundation, Women Go Tech, and Tech for Poland.
So far, we have helped 21 companies and organizations as well as over 100 individuals.

My extensive professional experience in the areas of Purchase-to-Pay, Financial Projects, transformation, and application of LEAN in Finance makes me understand well the needs of business customers.
Knowing perfectly the realities of the operation of smaller and larger companies, I know what their employees have to deal with daily.

A few words about us as a team and what we believe in.
Each of us has a different professional profile and specific, rich experience. Each of us specializes
in a different area. And everyone is a reliable advisor in their field. Everyone can work alone
and deliver value to both individual and business customers.
And when necessary, especially on larger or more complex projects for business clients
- We work together. Because together we have over 120 years of professional experience.
And we complement each other.
And most importantly, we know the quality of our work; we know we can rely on each other, and we trust each other.
We value this diversity and respect different views. As a rule, it is during the joint brainstorming
that the best solutions for business clients are created. But also, only one designated person is always the project leader and is responsible for the relationship with the business client. And each of us can act as both a leader and a team member.
We have learned the ins and outs of international and multicultural corporations. We learned a lot of good things there. We gave a lot of ourselves. Thanks to many years of international experience, we also work freely in English.
Now we get to know the world of Polish and international start-ups and medium-sized companies. We also have real experience in supporting family businesses governed by special laws.
We can flexibly select the best tools to meet the client's needs.
We do not use a one-size-fits-all pattern, although we always apply the best practices known in a given area. We believe that this is the strength of a boutique consulting company.
We are also united by the belief that the learning process is endless. So we don't like the word "expert". Because taking the position of an expert usually means the end of development and the end of the learning process. In addition, the word "expert" (and unfortunately also the word "coach") has recently undergone a huge devaluation, mainly due to its abuse on social media.
We always listen first. And we listen to understand, not to respond. We only begin to speak
when we believe we have something of value to say. And when we do not know something
- We openly admit it.
Perhaps this is because most of us are certified coaches and mentors with a regular practice of individual support for business leaders 😊
